The Concierge will be responsible for implementing programs to address resident satisfaction with services provided by AvalonBay. He or she will monitor foot traffic to ensure entry by authorized individuals only, respond to resident requests and inquiries and work to address resident concerns in accordance with AvalonBay's customer service standards. The Concierge will have a gracious approach to all activities, greet visitors and residents, handle calls and assist with resident issues.
This is a part-time position.
Qualified candidates will have a positive, upbeat demeanor, outstanding customer service skills and excellent communication and organizational skills. High School diploma or equivalency (GED) required. Related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant is preferred.
