We are looking for a customer service-oriented manager who will manage this exciting new community including financial (revenue and expense) performance, customer satisfaction and retention and personnel management.
The Community Manager will be responsible for managing the community in the most efficient and profitable manner possible and create the greatest possible satisfaction and wellbeing of all individuals associated with the community, consistent with the goals and objectives of the company and community.
Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of experience managing people in a customer service environment, Microsoft Office skills and will be familiar with applications and devices such as iPads, Facebook, etc. Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree.
